FEDMA talked about empathy in marketing and about how we should drop the traditional model(awareness-preference-consideration and sales) and go for convergence marketing by combining three essential elements: the brand, direct marketing and sales.

Next we had Tribal DDB worldwide who stated out loud that the digital world is physical and that were`re in for a goundbreaking earthquake as the digital and real world colide.
So fasten your seatbelt and look out real world, DIGITAL straight ahead!
Then came GOVIRAL, one of the most engaging seminars. It can be summarized in a sentence:
Youtube killed the VideoStar. We`re moving from broadcasting to niche-casting and narrowcasting, from media feudalism to media YOUcracy. The audience is fragmenting, the people are dividing, users turn into consumers and ads into content. Our media habbits are changing, print and tv are decreasing dramatically we`re living in the internet era where consumers rule the world.
So, as a conclusion let me just say…WE RULE
And rule we shall!
